Outcome: Identify possible Potential Prospects at National Level to be future FIBA Referees in order to support Licensing 2019+ and facilitating 2-4-6 years planning to scout the National talents in time.

• Increasing the standard and quality of National Officiating.

Target Group: El Salvador National Referees.

Working Methods: On-line training activities, on-site training camp with games.

Activities on-line: Distribution of the home-study material (Online Library), exercises (physical, mental, basketball, refereeing), mental image training (videos), case scenarios, rule and theory case scenarios.

Activities on-site: Class sessions, mental image training, on-court training, team building exercises, game analyses, coaching feedback and follow up.
